01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the bahgoo platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and bahgoo.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bahgoo platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of the bahgoo platform, including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in games and betting markets, receipt of bonuses and promotions, and all interactions with bahgoo's customer support team. These Terms are supplemented by any specific game rules, promotion terms, and privacy policy published on the bahgoo platform, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the bahgoo platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bahgoo is strictly an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the bahgoo platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or third party without explicit prior written consent from bahgoo.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the bahgoo platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bahgoo or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bahgoo platform or any other gambling platform with which bahgoo has a cross-exclusion agreement, and your self-exclusion period has not expired.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any impairment that would affect your ability to make rational decisions regarding gambling activity.

bahgoo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Such proof may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by bahgoo may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bahgoo's services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) player account on the bahgoo platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bahgoo employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.

bahgoo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, at bahgoo's discretion for enhanced verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bahgoo will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bahgoo of unauthorised access. bahgoo recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bahgoo supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts, though bahgoo reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bahgoo account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your own name. bahgoo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no minimum number of deposits required before a withdrawal may be requested, provided that deposit activity does not indicate bonus abuse or fraudulent intent.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two (2) hours of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• bahgoo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger its internal risk management thresholds. During such checks, the processing timeline may be extended. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to a processing review to verify that the account is not being used solely for payment processing purposes.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bahgoo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the terms on a specific promotion page, the specific promotion page terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered by bahgoo:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds — or a combination of bonus and deposit funds as specified in the promotion terms — before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes placed, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met by the stated expiry date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), the bonus balance and all associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless bahgoo explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• bahgoo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses that are already active in a player's account with an outstanding wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. bahgoo reserves the right to limit, modify, or revoke bonus eligibility for accounts that, in bahgoo's reasonable assessment, are using bonuses in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.

Bonuses are not transferable between accounts. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of their intended use as promotional gaming credit on the bahgoo platform.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bahgoo platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified to produce statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all games are published within each game's information panel. bahgoo does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG-certified game results once a round is initiated.

Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules applicable to each live table variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical interruption policy, which takes precedence over any assumption of outcome by the player.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets available on the bahgoo platform — are governed by the sporting event rules applicable to each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following principles apply to all sports betting:

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless they were accepted as live in-play wagers through the designated in-play betting interface.
• In the event that an official result is subsequently modified by the relevant sporting authority (for example, following a disciplinary hearing), bahgoo reserves the right to settle or re-settle bets in accordance with the official result as finally determined by that authority.
• bahgoo reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform. Winning bets that exceed the published maximum payout will be settled at the applicable maximum payout amount.

In the event of any malfunction of the gaming software, network, or hardware that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, bahgoo reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays as determined by the relevant game provider's published malfunction policy.

07 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bahgoo platform, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bahgoo.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible to use it under applicable law or these Terms.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on the bahgoo platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform's games, sports betting markets, or payment systems in a manner not permitted by bahgoo.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit the platform's game mechanics or bonus system in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation, or permitting another individual to access your account.
• Conducting or facilitating any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the bahgoo platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of bahgoo's software, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair bahgoo's technical infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content through any communication feature on the bahgoo platform.

bahgoo operates ongoing monitoring of account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bahgoo will take proportionate action, which may include immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting of suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

bahgoo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game, bonus, or betting market rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by bahgoo.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Detection of automated or non-human interaction with the platform's systems.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under bahgoo's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.
• Extended account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, bahgoo reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, where fraud or financial crime is established, any real-money balance that was deposited in furtherance of such conduct. Real-money deposits that are not associated with fraudulent conduct will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC clearance.

09 Limitation of Liability

The bahgoo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bahgoo makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates continuously, securely, and accurately, bahgoo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bahgoo shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the bahgoo platform, howsoever caused.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or delay in game results, sports betting data, or account balance information.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the bahgoo platform.
• Any technical malfunction, software failure, or connectivity issue experienced by you on your own device or network that affects your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bahgoo's liability for death or personal injury caused by bahgoo's negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in Bangladesh.

bahgoo's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bahgoo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms

bahgoo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, payment methods, game offerings, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to these Terms, bahgoo will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bahgoo platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.

Continued use of the bahgoo platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Closure requests submitted within seven (7) days of a Terms revision notification will be processed promptly and any real-money balance will be returned in full.
